And yet, on Sunday, it is better to go to bed at the usual time. Set aside the gadgets, take a shower or a hot bath and read your favorite book. All this will tune up your body to a good sleep, help you get a good night’s sleep and feel great on Monday morning.
Prepare for the work week.
On Sunday night, try to remember when you have important meetings and other things planned for the week ahead. Choose and iron clothes for tomorrow (or better yet, for the next couple of days) so you don’t have to waste time on that in the morning. Pack a lunch with you, have your breakfast groceries ready, or a tumbler for coffee. All of these things will help make tomorrow morning easier for you.
